Mark T. Freeman is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Specialist with nearly two decades of litigation experience in state and federal courts across Middle Tennessee. He has tried close to one hundred jury cases and focuses his practice on civil litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, and family law. In addition, he holds the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, underscoring his deep knowledge of insurance law.
Client satisfaction is Mark’s top priority. He takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, build a clear legal strategy, and guide them toward the best possible outcome.
Family and community are central to Mark’s life. He serves as an elder in his church and sits on the Board of Abolition International, a nonprofit dedicated to ending sex trafficking.
