Our Story
Freeman & Fuson was founded in 2009 by trial attorneys Mark T. Freeman and Joseph W. Fuson with a simple mission: to provide exceptional legal services grounded in experience, preparation, and personal attention. What began as a two-attorney practice has grown into a trusted Nashville firm representing clients across Tennessee in personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.
