Katy Haggard
Associate Attorney
Katy Haggard is a seasoned civil litigator originally from San Luis Obispo, California. She earned her B.A. from San Francisco State University before relocating to Nashville to attend Belmont University College of Law as a Bruin Scholar. Since joining Freeman & Fuson in 2022, she has represented clients in General Session, Chancery, and Circuit Court bench trials, and even appeared before an 8th Circuit Court jury in Davidson County.
Outside the courtroom, Katy enjoys spending time outdoors with her golden retriever and traveling with her family—bringing that grounded, compassionate approach to her work.
